It came with a small ball and another fluffy ball attached to the bed from the inside. My cat (≈3 kg, medium was perfect) quickly ripped out the fluffy ball but still plays with it. She adores this bed from the moment I got it, and she usually sleeps in there… unfortunately now she isn’t in my bed as much anymore!
